Hi Trugreen. Can we do something about my backyard that is full of weeds. I’ve been with Trugreen for over 20 years and year after year, the service is getting worst. Trugreen technicians come regularly to treat the yard then send the bill for their services, but no improvement.
Had their service for 4 years on a new build. Went with them because that’s who the builder used. Figured they’d be consistent. They were consistent with the service and the weeds were consistent each and every year. Don’t know what chemicals they are using but weed prevention isn’t very strong. Nice people though.
i use the tru green folks in cincinnati and have for a number of years...their workmen caused a problem with my defroster underneath my driveway...the management fully accepted responsibility and had the problem fixed to my satisfaction...mistakes happen, what sets businesses apart is their response and ability to solve the mistake...there was not one problem at all, they were professional, responsible and exactly what they should be...i've had multiple problems with different business all my life and those that solve the problems keep my business and i enjoy letting others know...unfortunately there are many that don't solve the problem, those that look for... read full review
