My experience with Total Health Wellness has been AWESOME! Since late June I've lost weight, improved my health and am close to reaching my weight-loss goals! It's been fairly easy and straight forward and I've gotten excellent support and ideas from the coaches at Total Health Wellness. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthier you! They've helped me implement life long changes in how I approach eating and overall wellness!

The staff at Total Health are incredible and the reason that my wife and I have lost a combined 125 pounds and we are still going strong. It is evident that the individuals who work here aren't doing it for the paycheck, but to help you change your life.
