Let me first say that I love the decorum of the office. My mom and I immediately felt anxiety free, serene, peaceful, and welcomed. Our assistant that day was Cara! She displayed such a warm, nurturing, and caring personality. Her energy was amazing! My mom is 83 yrs old and she was very nervous about getting her ears cleaned. Cara put mom right at ease! Her bedside manner and customer service skill should be studied and reviewed at other facilities. After COVID, great customer service has become a limited resource ! But not at Thrive !!!! Set an appointment for bad ear clog in both ears. I would have never guessed just how much wax buildup was actually in my ear. The entire staff was phenomenal. She quickly looked at my inner ear and knew exactly how to resolve it. I literally hear things I wasn't hearing an hour ago. 5 stars isn't enough to explain how pleased I am from my visit.
