This was my first visit and everything went very well. The employees that took care of my dog had excellent customer service, great knowledge of how to handle our problem and they handle my pet with ease. Even though he's a little aggressive he was great with them. They knew exactly what to do. Mist definitely will return again
Always a great experience here. Got our two cats set up for a cross-country move. We brought our (now) big buy here as a tiny kitten stray right off the street. They got him fixed up and hydrated and now he’s happy healthy and two years old! Amazing staff all around. We’ll miss them all so much! Also very affordable in comparison to others.
The ladies at the front desk had excellent customer service and very nice. I originally had my dog appointment scheduled at the Poplar location and ended up in this one, They work me in last minute, very knowledgeable and fast. Seems like no matter what location I go to they are all very nice
