Dr. Boutwell is amazing. I came in after going from vet to vet trying to figure out what was going on with my cat. Not only did she work with me on getting him the right medicine, she also referred to a dental specialist, who was able to identify the issue immediately. She would call and just check in on my cat periodically, as well as explain in detail the specialist was recommending / the diagnosis (even though she did not have to). This was my first time using PetVax. I was able to book the appointment online for the following day. The office manager, Leah, was energetic and friendly. My cat was at ease with her and the vet, who was also friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was addressed and amended very quickly. I'm very pleased with my visit, and will be taking my other kitties there too.
They have always taken awesome care of my fur babies. I was picking up my pets ashes and funeral package.
