My appointment was set for 3pm came at 8:30am the gave me a door immediately. Just make sure your trailer is clean or they will not load you until then. If you’re picking up peanut butter it also has to be dry. Picking up jelly they don’t mind if the trailer is wet as long as it’s clean. They’re very strict on having a clean trailer.

Easy directions off of I240 loop exit #18 (Perkins Road) when you turn off of Perkins Road you'll go across some RR tracks (very rough) entrance is about 200ft on the left, you'll see guard shack. Check in with guard, if you have a frozen load you'll need to go back out onto street and back into door 20 just before RR tracks. They will come out open gate and break seal. You'll need to back in off of street. You can park on street overnight, but remember this is southeast Memphis. Truck stops in West Memphis Arkansas about 22 miles.

The security gate lady is lazy and incompetent! Arrived for pick up, but she told me they don’t load until Friday and asked me to back up from the gate. She didn’t ask the shipping, didn’t check anything. I parked on the street and walked again to talk to her and surprise: she found the paper in front of her, where says my company name is going to pick up a load from them. Wasting of time, frustration all because she won’t do her job. Loading process was good.

This had to have been the best loading experience of my trucking career. Everyone was WAY friendly and helpful. Shout out to Latasha! She made the process move quickly after my trailer was dry and ready to load. The longest part of this was my fault; freshly washed out trailer needed to be dry. So, to anyone coming here for loads, make sure your trailer is clean and DRY. I will definitely be back.

24/7 Receiving Department. Mr. Ronnie has a great attitude, fast unload. The only complaint is, check in can take a bit. If they added a bell or some way to let the check in personnel that your waiting would be perfect.

Glad some of yall got in and out, but when the yard driver says you may be a while… 3 hours later, still waiting to be unloaded. Haven’t even started!
