These people right here! From people in the guard shack to the loaders are so friendly! We are OTR team and deal with all types of freight. This is the chick fil a of the shippers for us in years. They are so nice and respectful and loaded us immediately when we arrived. Your employees make your company and I would run loads for this company any day or time! Nice doing business with you!

My appointment was set for 3pm came at 8:30am the gave me a door immediately. Just make sure your trailer is clean or they will not load you until then. If you’re picking up peanut butter it also has to be dry. Picking up jelly they don’t mind if the trailer is wet as long as it’s clean. They’re very strict on having a clean trailer.

Easy directions off of I240 loop exit #18 (Perkins Road) when you turn off of Perkins Road you'll go across some RR tracks (very rough) entrance is about 200ft on the left, you'll see guard shack. Check in with guard, if you have a frozen load you'll need to go back out onto street and back into door 20 just before RR tracks. They will come out open gate and break seal. You'll need to back in off of street. You can park on street overnight, but remember this is southeast Memphis. Truck stops in West Memphis Arkansas about 22 miles.
