I recently contacted Terminix for a wildlife issue I had in my crawl space. I requested a free inspection online. I didn't receive a confirmation email; so I called the 800 # the morning of the scheduled day to inquire and was told that I requested no contact 🤔. The inspector came out as scheduled, did the inspection, and gave me prices for the suggested work. Since I was going to get more work than expected, I decided to use their payment plan which required a credit check. Because I am a victim of fraud, my information is locked down and requires extra steps, unfreezing the account and contacting the credit bureau to obtain the needed information. Used to be able to schedule follow up service online. Nice. Easy. Convenient. Now you have to either call, chat, or text. Long wait times any I check. Last attempt I used text around 6PM saying I wanted service scheduled. No response. I wake up the next day and they have texted me at 1257AM and closed out the conversation for no response. Are you kidding? Currently researching other companies for service as Terminix has gone completely downhill. Strongly recommend you explore other options.
They keep sending bills and demanding payment for services they never even showed up to do. This service was not completed and we will not be paying it. The technician came to our house, put down traps and said he would come back.
The technician said I was overcharged and to contact customer service, we did that but never received a return call.
We called and called and called complaining we still had mice, they never returned to our house to complete the service.
We still had mice and had to hire another service to actually get rid of the problem. This is a scam!
