I loved this school when my nephew was attending there. They have an excellent program that helps the kids with music education, different genres of music, the philosophy of music and most of they are able to showcase their talents.

The facility is not as big as I expected to be, but it was a nice walk through nonetheless. A lot of the artist that walked through Stax Records I grew up and listening to their music and some I had never heard of. It was really cool to see the studio and the sound equipment that helped put the songs of the past together. Seeing the actual Academy Award given to Isaac Hays and his personal Cadillac was awesome. The record wall was also unbelievable so many big artist came out of such a small building with big records. I would recommend this tour while in Memphis.
