First time at Sports Clips and man, I was pretty disappointed. Ended up waiting forever even after checking in on the app. Pro tip: make sure you actually tell them you’re there in person. What’s the point of the app check-in if they don’t notice it? Super confusing and a total waste of time. It was a rough experience for a first-timer. Kaela was kind, professional and put up with my attitude after I waited for almost an hour.
Just had another fantastic haircut in midtown Memphis! Seriously, if you're looking for a stylist who gets it, you HAVE to check out Sharita (All stylists are great here but my stylist is Sharita) Every single time I go, I leave feeling amazing. She just knows exactly what I want, and my haircuts are always perfect. Trust me on this one - if you're in the area and need a new stylist, this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed.
It’s hard for me to get a haircut where the stylist cuts my hair to look like I want it to, and not like the stylist wants to. In addition, I hate appointments for a haircut. I was “ in line” at another place. Because of the wait , I called Sports Clips . No wait. They were staffed with a stylist for every chair. This haircut was important for me because I had a photo shoot for a CD cover. I even brought 2 pictures for stylist to choose from . Kaela actually said no problem. I’m a 74 year old solo pianist whereby the record company wanted me to “ look modern”, instead of the longer Chicago “ greaser” look . She took her time and cut my hair perfect.Not... read full review
