First time at Sports Clips and man, I was pretty disappointed. Ended up waiting forever even after checking in on the app. Pro tip: make sure you actually tell them you’re there in person. What’s the point of the app check-in if they don’t notice it? Super confusing and a total waste of time. It was a rough experience for a first-timer. Kaela was kind, professional and put up with my attitude after I waited for almost an hour.

Just had another fantastic haircut in midtown Memphis! Seriously, if you're looking for a stylist who gets it, you HAVE to check out Sharita (All stylists are great here but my stylist is Sharita) Every single time I go, I leave feeling amazing. She just knows exactly what I want, and my haircuts are always perfect. Trust me on this one - if you're in the area and need a new stylist, this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed.

I didn't even get my haircut because their online system is so messed up! It said I'm next on deck. I get there, and I'm not even on the list. They then add me and is 30 minutes. I will go to Great Clips abba Supercuts where their systems works.
