I wanted to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee, Alex Dunn. Alex got involved several weeks ago after I reached out to have our roof assessed following water intrusion caused by an ice storm that created ice dams.
He responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, and worked efficiently with his leadership team to develop a solution that worked well for us.
