Today was the first time that I used Solace. It's annual maintenance plan is a bargain. Technician Alex Martin was professional, efficient; and went straight to work after introduction. He put on booties upon entering my home without prompting. He gets kudos for that! I would have rated higher had the 5-hour service window not been missed.
