Sears subcontracts jobs…….they are very fast getting salesman out but work isn’t as quick. The salesman David was very informative & even helpful during install. Project coordinator Wayne didn’t even respond to my last email. Plus they took all money for entire job before I even had appointment for installation when that’s not how they told me it would go. I was unhappy with part of job but they did get it taken care of. So far happy with job but I won’t use Sears/transform homes again as 1st job when they did my windows wasn’t the best either. An so much easier just dealing with one co.Services: Installation

7 months delay. Team two corrected first team mistakes installing 7 windows. 1 window defect, reordered (unknown delay time-frame). Teams advised they do not paint contrary to what sales stated.Service: Installation

* My whole experience was excellent starting with Mr. Williams, the sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and flexible. The HVAC team was awesome too. They were on time, showing up when they said they would, and I was informed beforehand what two gentlemen would present themselves and the job they'd start on. Installation was quick and my HVAC system is performing perfectly!Services: HVAC duct & vent installation
