On a Thursday afternoon our A/C unit completely stopped working. Friday morning I called Richards Heating & Air. With-in 10 minutes they called back and told me they had a technician in the area. Leo arrived 15 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem. Luckily, the parts were in stock and by Friday afternoon the A/C was up and running again. Leo was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am super satisfied with Richards Heating & Air.

Richard's Heating & Air always does the right thing and does it efficiently. Every time I call, they jump right on it and get things taken care of as soon as they are able to get there. Whether it's my house, my rentals, or my business location, they truly are the best. I can't recommend them enough.

I called Richards because the AC in our house went out. The gentleman who has been maintaining it (for the previous owners) could not get to us until the next day. The Richards office told me that same thing, that due to the excessive heat they were backed up and they probably couldn't get a crew there until tomorrow. Jonathan Richards was on site in about half an hour and our AC was running again in 45 minutes.
