I recently moved back to Memphis, Tennessee area after 15 years away and having previously used Richardson Heat and Air, they were the first company I called. They were there within the hour and worked efficiently and cleanly. My technician was informative and courteous. My bill was descriptive and fair. They are what you want in a service company! We recently had an emergency with kids and young grandkids arriving Friday evening for the weekend. The air upstairs stopped working Wednesday and I contacted Jonathan Richards and his team that night explaining the situation and hoping for a quick appointment. Even though it was summer and hot weather, Jonathan texted and said he would take care of it and have a team member out there the next afternoon. As promised, his technician Leo arrived right on time and took care of the issue quickly. All was good on Friday when the kids showed up and the upstairs was cool and comfy. Exceptional!! ************** was ***. I have never had someone so professional, polite, and really knew their business. Our air had gone out. We were melting.
