On a Thursday afternoon our A/C unit completely stopped working. Friday morning I called Richards Heating & Air. With-in 10 minutes they called back and told me they had a technician in the area. Leo arrived 15 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem. Luckily, the parts were in stock and by Friday afternoon the A/C was up and running again.
