Our technician, Charlie, was right on time and very professional. He checked out both units and made sure our air would be prepared to work as the season changes. Thermostats were checked and filters were changed. Also he cleaned snd checked the outside unit.Service: HVAC system maintenance

I'd put in some insulation and my furnace stopped functioning. Very uncomfortable and getting worse! I put in a call to Metro and they came within an hour, found the problem and fixed. They also installed the unit so I can recommend them for the all a/c and heating needs.Services: Heating system repair

Just so impressed with Metro Air Conditioner and Heating. Such nice people and well qualified. Have to say something about Kerry and and Charlie. Very knowledgeable about anything heat or a/c. Charlie came today to check everything out before cold weather. He's such a sweetheart. Committed to his work.
