Excellent service. Pleasant and accommodating. Very importantwas the reduction in pain and the increased mobility in my upper left shoulder and arm. Looking forward to my next appointment.
This was my first massage in years and it was EVERYTHING. Livi listened to the issues I've had with my body and handled it with care. I have a hard time relaxing, so I'm always tense. We worked on my breathing and then she got to work. When I say I have slept so well since is an understatement. I can't wait to go back.
Came in with severe lower back pain from exercising and left with a full range of motion again thanks to Deidre. Intense focus on my problem area along with deep tissue and tension in my upper shoulders was worked out as well.
