This was my first massage in years and it was EVERYTHING. Livi listened to the issues I've had with my body and handled it with care. I have a hard time relaxing, so I'm always tense. We worked on my breathing and then she got to work. When I say I have slept so well since is an understatement. I can't wait to go back.
