I got there at 3:35 and the very racist white lady told me that I can’t dump because they was about to close all she has been giving me everytime I go there is hard time but it’s ok because I’m going to out this company on TikTok for not going by the books

Have never dropped anything off here before using our once a month free service. We are moving and leaving the city and did not have one our bills on hand printed out because we literally have nothing in our home at the moment. Informed us that everyone should have a printer and be able to print something. They refused to accept any of the screenshots provided to show our active and paid mlgw account. Made us pay $50 to dump and then was forced to wear a hard hat that was soaking wet with likely someone’s else’s sweat. How ridiculous.

I don’t usually have poor experiences at the south landfill, so today was the exception. I was told the “convenience area” was full so I would need to go up the face of the hill to unload. When I saw trucks much bigger than mine getting stuck and being pulled out by bulldozers, I reversed and went back to the gate to see what the options were. She told me that was my only option. I circled back by the “convenience area” and 3 of 4 dumpsters were empty. On my way out, I told her they had 3 empties and she said her supervisor would have to allow her to let people come over there.
