Home Town Disposal, LLC is a trash removal and disposal service that is known for their helpful and excellent customer service. They have real people available to talk to and are easy to work with. The drivers and trash men are reliable, always on time, and do their job diligently. However, some customers have mentioned that the company can be lazy at times, leaving behind simple things and not picking up dropped items. There have been instances where they forget to send notifications for auto-pay and follow strict guidelines even when it doesn't make sense. Despite some drawbacks, many customers have switched to Home Town Disposal after having negative experiences with other companies.
I love the guys that pickup the trash each week. They do a great job. What I'm disappointed in is the cost of $50 to pick up 2 twin box springs. The quarterly prices keep going up and now this has gone up by $20 from when I had a mattress and box spring picked up within the last year.
I had a great experience. Ms. Toni assisted me both last week over the phone and again today in person, and she was extremely helpful each time.
I was helping some clients set up their trash service, and Ms. Toni patiently explained the process and answered all our questions. She was very attentive, patient, and kind.

I have consistently received excellent services from Hometown and have been a customer for many years. Even when I’ve had to leave additional boxes and bagged waste. The service delivery team always removes all the materials set out for collection. I have had several opportunities to speak with the staff and they have always been very friendly and helpful. When it comes to returning the carts to its proper place they have never disappointed me. Even when I have had to use a personally cart on a few rare occasions. Great service overall at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend Hometown Disposal!
