I regret having to write this after coming here for maybe 6 years. I've had a wonderful experience here in the past. Unfortunately, recently there has been some inconsistencies in staffing. In 6 years, I have only been refused treatment twice. Those have been in the past year. Treatment requires labs and they stop taking labs at some point late in the afternoon. Working during normal business hours does not allow me to be there before 5, which is typically too late. I've always been provided treatment and then allowed to come in for labs Saturdays. This one nurse power trips and refuses treatment. This has only happened twice. But if treatment is based on labs, the labs will be incorrect if treatment withheld. Also, to try and cancel a membership is difficult. Instead of just being able to cancel, they hand you a slip of paper to go and do this whole process on your own. Signing up for the membership is easy.

Very poor professionalism. No follow up. When I called the office, the nurse practitioner wasn't very helpful and didn't seem knowledgeable about the therapy. I wish I could get my $75z waste of money. The guy that took my blood didn't introduce himself and was so fixated with the receptionist that he couldn't concentrate on doing his job

Stopped into the Arlington, Tennessee location for sinus yuck and in under an hour I left. Excellent staff and nurses, the nurse practitioner was fabulous!!

The times on the website are incorrect. The NP doesn't take appointments until 930am. I'm not sure why they open at 7am, other than to be completely unhelpful for 2.5hrs. A note on the website at the time of booking seems simple enough to avoid wasting people's time.

There is always a problem. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago have not heard back. They do not answer the phone they have AI. The AI is not helpful. If you leave a message no one calls back. If you have any questions you have to drive up during office hours. When orders do arrive they arrive to the wrong location. You will not know until you go to pick them up and then they tell you if you want them you need to drive to across town to the other location. I’m actually telling people not to go here because of the horrible customer service. This is essentially concierge medicine and the service is worse than you get at a public hospital.
- Edit: the delay had nothing to do with federal regulations. The staff had enough courage to admit they just didn’t know how to properly order medication and that caused the delay. It took them 2 weeks to figure out they ordered it wrong.

I was at a loss as to where to go. My doctor of 33 years retired. I did not know how to find a new doctor with all the crazy new hospital rules regarding doctors. It was very invasive and cold. Others could care less about what I wanted for my health care.Then I found Pro Health!! They were very nice, very efficient and excellent medical care. I have found my medical go to. Best place to start!!
