Justin was on time and was great. Very professional very nice willing to explain everything that we needed done. They were out within a day of me calling and the repairs starts in just a few days after Justin came by. Would highly recommend.
Precision was recommended by a trusted friend and man, they are great. Twice I’ve needed help with my AC system and both times their service was excellent. It is nice to feel confident about my HVAC knowing that whatever might happen, Precision is able to take care of it quickly and at a reasonable price. I wanted to get my heating unit checked out before the long winter. I was VERY pleased with the service I received today. I have used other companies in the past who were not responsive or professional. Doug came today and checked everything out, and we even did an on site (preventative) repair on an expiring part today. He explained in detail what my options were, and he let me make the decision. He also let me ask a bunch of other questions I was curious about. I appreciated Doug's professionalism and willingness to listen to what I wanted to have done.Services: Heating system repair
