This was my first time using PetVax. I was able to book the appointment online for the following day. The office manager, Leah, was energetic and friendly. My cat was at ease with her and the vet, who was also friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was addressed and amended very quickly. I'm very pleased with my visit, and will be taking my other kitties there too.
The staff is very friendly and Dr. Amy Kessler takes the time to explain everything to you, she didn't fast talk us like a lot of people will do, the price and the service was excellent, my fur baby has a new Vet, i give PetVax on Union Ave and Dr. Kessler a 10 out of 10
This place is a blessing.. the staff is very understanding & the doctor was super gentle & patient. I have a aggressive dog & he took his time to get to know her before he even started the evaluation.. Money is tight & he told me everything that was necessary & what could wait.. so I didn't spend a lot.. love this place..
