We have several dogs and used to visit multiple veterinarians, but not anymore. PetVax in Bartlett is now our one and only choice. The entire team is incredibly friendly and treats our dogs as if they were their own. I truly can’t say enough good things about the doctor and staff.

I took my cat in and waited 2 hours and paid $586.00 for the vet to tell me my cat might have a viral infection. They did x-rays and blood work and said he MIGHT have FIP but the medicine to treat this is not available in the U.S. there is no test to confirm the diagnosis. I left with nothing. No advice, no meds, no definitive diagnosis nothing. My cat is worse and I'm going somewhere else. DO NOT take your pet here if they are sick. They are just guessing at diagnosis and charging you for doing nothing. They have no souls up there even if your pet is dying. They smile and take your money. Update...visit with new vet. My cat has a neurological problem and is getting steroids and fluids and is improving. NO VIRAL INFECTION.

I took my dog in this morning and was surprised at how cold, distant, and standoffish the vet was. When he walked in there was no smiles, no introduction. He walked in and said “what’s going on with the dog” My dog is seriously ill and I was in tears. The vet didn’t try to say any comforting words or anything. He barely gave any info at all. When I mentioned that to the nurse she completely disregarded it( although she was better with handling an upset customer) For the high prices the support and care should be top notch and it is not at all. The nurse said repeatedly how low on funds they are, (which is the reason they are overpricing everything I’m convinced ) I am happy to know my dogs issue, but I’ll be going elsewhere to have her procedure done . I’ll never ever visit this clinic again.

The staff and doctor are very helpful and they know exactly what my beloved babies cats are needing and they examine their bodies and ears and they make sure they on top of their shots record. They also reminded me when their due date for their yearly visit. Thank you so much for your great hard work. Thank you for the kind offer to make my babies happy again thank you.
