Kaitlyn did a great job and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff's energy. I felt like Kaitlyn was more attentive to how my hair lays naturally than some stylists I've had in the past and it shows. My girlfriend has already booked an appointment for herself and I'll definitely be back as well.

The best salon I have ever been to. I’ve had cuts, color, and an American Wave across Haley, Katelyn, and Monica. Everything has turned out great! Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and talented. I highly recommend!Services: Updos

I went to Pavo because I saw they won Best of Memphis and I had a tall order. I was needing color correction and fixing my haircut after I did it myself. I showed Robbie my inspiration picture and he and his coworker came up with a plan and he executed it PERFECTLY. Not once was I made to feel bad about the color correction or the fact that I cut my hair myself. They turned my hair from a weird, patchy copper to a beautiful light brown with blonde highlights throughout. I HIGHLY recommend Robbie or anyone at Pavo.Services: Haircut
