I brought my daughter for her first salon experience, and it was wonderful - everyone was so kind, and her stylist DJ was truly incredible, explaining every step to her, and making her feel like a star. Very grateful to him for creating this magical experience for her!
I just visited Pavo West for the first time yesterday, and it was the best experience! The salon was easy to find and I was able to get in and out easily; it was beautifully decorated and immaculate in cleanliness. Mallory was a dream! She knew exactly what to do with my hair and I love how it turned out after a thorough appointment. I will be making this my new place, and Mallory is stuck with me forever! I also met both of the owners, John and Scott; I loved how they monitored what was going on in the salon and they took time to meet the clients. Like I said already, I look forward to my next visit!
I always have such a wonderful time here with Erin! I’ve been seeing her for years at this location and never once had a less-than-stellar experience. Can’t recommend highly enough!
