James Jagelewski was able to fit me into his schedule earlier than expected, which was a huge relief since we had water seeping into our basement. He was kind and thorough. Our issues ended up being related to our gutters and drainage rather than a foundation issue. Not only did he take the time to answer all my questions (even taking my call after he had left to answer more questions), but he didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need. I had a great experience, and should we need foundation help in the future, I will definitely contact Olshan.
