This is the second time I've had the Olshan's crew to our house. This appointment was also excellent. The crew worked around our schedule, addressed issues with warranty and new repairs, and provided timely and personal attention to our needs. Further, there will be planned follow-up in the Spring to check installation and repair progress/maintenance. I was particularly impressed the team lead by Tyler. Throughout the process he was clear on communication and work needed. Every step of the process was made simple all the way from Marty, who did the initial estimate to the the production manager, Tyler, and his assistant, Oscar who did the polyfoam to Jose the other production managerto the crew leader, Reynaldo, and his crew : Dardy, Gabriel, Donis, Rome, Gustavo.
They made something that was a very challenging issue for us easy to work through. They all did excellent work. They are definitely skilled at the work they do and went over and above in making sure that they left our home clean each day so that we could stay in it while they were doing the work.

Tim Hughes was great from the time I contacted Olshan to when he came and looked at my situation. He’s very professional and is honest in his evaluations. I felt very comfortable with Tim Hughes and thank him and Olshan for being honest and not ripping me off. I will definiately take their recommendations and call them back if I see any other problems. They easily could have probably made another $10000 account, but they stood on integrity and didn’t take advantage of my family. Thank you Olshan and Tim Hughes for the great experience. Definitely recommend you contact this honest bunch of people.
