Came to my house I asked about doing a job that was a-little out of the ordinary from regular floors. . And the man said he never had done them and would look into it. I never heard from them again.

The representative was very nice and professional. The workmen did a great job. In the process they broke the glass on my lower oven. That was in February. They have not been able to find a replacement for the glass, and now they are reluctant to stay in contact. That was in February. I still have a broken door in July.

We just had a great experience with Old World Floors. Our living room hardwood floor had to be torn out and replaced. This required two more adjoining rooms to be sanded and stained along with the living room. Old World was very efficient and stuck to their schedule, which was given to us well in advance (delivery date of wood, when new floor was to be installed, etc., ). Once the work began, I received a phone call each day regarding details for the following day's work. One of the managers, Craig, even came by to help me pick out a stain color for our kitchen, which was a separate project from above.
