Good work on my nails. But the one that did my nails was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. She started out nice and polite then, out of nowhere, flip and got agitated, and somewhat rude.
Everyone else was nice and polite. Next time I'll probably go back to the other place, in my old neighborhood. If it wasn't for that, I would have rated it a 5. Good attitudes is part of customer service.

I love this place and drive across town to get my nails and feet done. Today for some reason I was made to pay up front for services. I was getting a volcano pedicure, acrylic overlay, and eyebrow wax. Why am I the only one in here being requested to pay up front. I feel very discriminated against at this point and don't know how to take this. I love coming here but my feelings and pride are really hurt. Then they put me in a pedicure chair filled my water and walked away. The lady forgot I said volcano pedicure after she just made me pay up front.
