Hi Megan, I’ve been coming to you for over 20 years and have always appreciated your service. However, during my recent visit, the lead technician seemed more focused on watching the other workers than on the service she was providing. Unfortunately, she used the drill and cut too close to my cuticle. Now, anything I touch causes my nail to bleed. It’s been three days, and my finger still hurts and continues to bleed. I’m currently out of town, but once I return, I plan to come by to discuss this in person. Honestly, I’m not sure why I even paid full price for a service that left me in pain.

This was my daughter and my first visit ...the spa was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and catered to my ten yr old, they allowed her to share her ideas then brought them to life on her little hands and she was so happy. ❤ I absolutely love my nails it was a very nice experience. I was blown away at the pricing. We have found our nail spa home, lol. See you all in two weeks. ??
