New Park Cemetery is well-maintained and clean, providing a peaceful environment for visitors. The staff offers exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist with inquiries and providing personalized tours. They are welcoming, comforting, and helpful, making a difficult process easier to navigate.
Grounds are descent and staff is quite friendly and supportive. Financial systems are antiquated (no online or electonice billing offered). Office building needs to be gutted and renovated-- old, stuffy and absorbed with a strong moth ball odor. New manage is working to make changes but not fast enough. The historic reputation of the cemetery is what keeps it in business. If that is ever lost, it won't compare to its competitors!
First, one staff has been there I know prior to 1999. She appear overwhelmed. There are new faces there now, yet service is lack luster.
Unfortunately, the upkeep of even the building/office can be updated. Comments about Ghetto may be in order! Second, we understand COVID has caused many issues with staffing and getting things done. However, business is business! Some delays, but months are unacceptable! Last, once money has exchanged hands, the service must be provided! Not quite sure but check the only 2 that have 1.25 beef patties on top with the gasoline on them that was specifically marinated Terrance l wright and Shirley L Wright ion play and for Corterian Wright to say that empty spot beside theirs was threat
