Michelle Bond was my paralegal, who would update me on things that I didn't need to talk with the attorney about and also handled questions...if she thought it needed an attorney I would get a call. Settlement came in a little bit over a year. But someone was available to answer any questions/concerns the entire run.Considering I wasn't sure what to expect my expectations were over exceeded. I would definitely recommend NST. And will definitely hire them again of needed ❤
