1st time getting a tattoo !! I'm sitting over 60 yrs old. It's was a great a experience. They were patience with me as we went over my tattoo. I love the work. It's has healed wonderfully.

About a month or so ago I got the idea to get fresh ink. My best friend and I went around pricing artists. The first two artist were not friendly nor were they really serious about helping me get what I wanted. I decided to go with this shop. My artist was friendly, open and ready to help. So I told her what I wanted and she worked hard to get me a great tattoo and the colors I wanted. Jessica was so awesome and helpful and friendly. The work was coming along in the color area and my best friend was so jealous but so stoked. THIS HEARTAGRAM tattoo is awesome! THANK YOU!

Several weeks ago Jessica inked a scripture on me, as pictured. My first tat in over 10 years, 1st script tattoo ever. Prepaid for the tat with a 20% tip included. I didn't have my reading glasses with me, so my up close vision at the time wasn't good. I should have caught the mistake. I find it ironic, given the scripture, that such a simple mistake was made, especially considering the 20% tip beforehand.The next day, after removing the bandage, is when I noticed a "t" wasn't crossed, so it looked like an "l".I stopped by the tat shop , set an appointment to get it touched up. No hassle, no haggle, they were professional and apologetic.... read full review
