I want to give major kudus to MSS. Back in May 2024, they did $2,600 worth of work on both our upstairs and downstairs AC units. Fast forward to recently, when another company, "Company B" came to assess the system. Company B gave us a long 'to-do' list of supposed problems.

Admittedly, I called MSS upset and assumed maybe their previous work wasn't done right. That wasn't my best moment, and I appreciate how patient they were with me. Particularly, Chris, listened carefully, understood my frustration, and had a tech come out to check everything.

After a full inspection, MSS reassured me that most of the so-called "issues" weren't real. They fixed only what was truly needed and were completely transparent in the process.

I will now not only have MSS continue to be my choice for HVAC repairs, I'll be utilizing their maintenance program as well.
