Landmark has serviced my equipment for years. I’m literally a 3rd gen client. This time they had to diagnose a catastrophic failure which led to my need of an entire new system. Even though I had to wait 10 days without AC, I am now a very pleased client. The crew I had was fantastic. All the guys were courteous, clear communicators who worked their butts off for 3 days demolishing and then installing a new system. I noticed the difference immediately. House is quiet and cool. Great job on our seasonal A/C check up. Always good to know it’s in good shape. Replaced a … um … something :) that was going to need replacing soon - but likely at an inconvenient time and would have cost more. Always polite and nice to have here - even for a long time like today. Thank you!
