They were polite, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish of the installation of new air conditioning and heating system. They came earlier and didn’t leave until the unit was cooling off the house. Thanks to the entire team….including those who do our semi-annual maintenance.
Landmark has serviced my equipment for years. I’m literally a 3rd gen client. This time they had to diagnose a catastrophic failure which led to my need of an entire new system. Even though I had to wait 10 days without AC, I am now a very pleased client. The crew I had was fantastic. All the guys were courteous, clear communicators who worked their butts off for 3 days demolishing and then installing a new system. I noticed the difference immediately. House is quiet and cool. Great job on our seasonal A/C check up. Always good to know it’s in good shape. Replaced a … um … something :) that was going to need replacing soon - but likely at an inconvenient time and would have cost more. Always polite and nice to have here - even for a long time like today. Thank you!
