The technician was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about most of the issues of concern. A more thorough understanding of how to winterize our high-efficiency unit would have made the visit complete.Following the service, the technician provided an extensive verbal debriefing of the checked items. This was very much appreciated. It would be helpful, however, if Landmark also provided a written list of these items, as they were numerous and impossible to remember. In addition, I was asked to sign three electronic forms. One was for the credit card but there was no writing on the other two forms, just a place to sign. Having felt other people’s systems, makes me feel great. I have always given Landmark the highest rating possible. Half of that credit goes to the system and the other half goes to the employees. It is almost impossible to find any Company employees with a great attitude and thankful for the business. My service today was a great example of an employee that has not only the Company, but the customer’s concerns in mind. Hopefully, he will be back this Spring to take care of my unit.
