I had a wonderful experience. I was initially unsure b/c no one greeted me upon my arrival. Shortly after being there a lady walked in and spoke with a smile. She gave me the run down and I felt more at ease. I was quickly seated and my braider arrived almost immediately after. She spoke and had a kind approach. She asked a few questions and began braiding right away. It took about 5 hours for midback / small / knotless. They were running a special, so I tipped my braider and paid the exact amount advertised. No fuss and everyone was happy. I was very pleased with my service and the establishment was clean. I would definitely return.
I walked in pretty clueless with a bag full of hair and no solid idea of what I was trying to ask for. They looked at what I had, pics of what I was wanting and took the time to explain the options. I ended up going with waist length knotless boho braids and they are GORGEOUS! So happy with them!
Love my braids have been coming since July & these are the only people who braid my hair now. My hair is always neat & when I take it down it’s SUPER soft! I love Kadi’s shop & the workers. Great environment
