Hello everyone this is Kadi from Kadi’s African hair braiding at 6415 summer avenue Memphis TN 38134 I am the owner of this business and someone on line is given my address and other African shops address to scam by asking them a deposit to get there hair done, I already reported to the police and they are investigating about the issue. At Kadi’s African hair braiding we don’t take deposits on the phone or online so please everyone don’t give anyone a deposit online or on the phone we as African shops we don’t take deposit for any hair style so please is a warning to everyone Do Not give anyone a deposit online or on the phone.

Decent work, poor service. While sitting for my service over 6 hours I observed many different levels of quality in braiding. My suggestion is to go when Kadi is there and have her do your hair. If you are for a loud environment, being spoken of and pointed to in another language, and where the next person that walks in the door is likely to take your stylist away from servicing you this is your spot. For the price that you pay they should atleast have water for customers. I am used to a certain level of service and I do not think that a style is worth the chaos that comes with the experience. I was able to walk in with no appointment for my daughter and myself. The braiders are friendly, fast, and affordable. I got medium box braids and my daughter got the cutest side swept cornrows with curls at the ends. We are vacation ready now! We'll be back!
