I couldn't be happier with the service I received getting a massive Birch Tree removed from the side of my house. Even with it raining they were on time; brought all the equipment they would need to remove the tree as quickly as they could while ensuring their safely and the safety of my property, as well as my neighbor's property.
They are still outside as I write this doing the final clean up, but I couldn't wait to do this review. Davey Tree was clearing an easement for a powerline behind our back fence. The operator hit and damaged our fence several times. I confronted the operator about the damage and asked him to contact his supervisor. He knew he had hit the fence and didn't bother to say anything. Wonder what would have happened had we not been at home and saw it. After he spoke to the supervisor, he resumed clearing then knocked a tree down on top of the fence. He stopped after that. About an hour later the supervisor arrived and said they would take care of it. They did make repairs by replacing a post and multiple boards.
