The employees were super nice and helpful. We were searching for a certain fan and the kind lady at the front helped as much as she could but told us the person that works that dept was out. Another employee walked up and volunteered to assist us! They were both extremely nice and helpful. The young man at the cashier was also very polite and friendly! Great place to shop.

Two of the employees i asked for help didn't know what a cable splitter was, nor did they seek to assist me. I went to customer service and the woman there looked it up and asked one of the other workers, and he helped me without cease. I appreciate genuine, good help.Edit: on another trip, they didn't have the heater I needed ? so i bought two other types..
