“Not only did Holly take the time to send an email asking for photographs of my hair for her review, she Also asked me to send her pictures of what I would like to have my hair look like prior to my first visit.
She then sent a second email to let me know her thoughts and Not only provided the address, but also let me know everything I needed to know from where to park to the beverages that Were being served and the time that she expected me to show up.
I was greeted when I got there and it was so refreshing to not be stressed regarding a new appointment.
The environment was warm and welcoming, and she did the best job I could ever ask for on my hair. I’ve never had my gray blended so well.
I feel that Holly listens to you and she takes her career very seriously.
I will be returning and have already booked my next appointment six weeks out for my Gloss.
