Always love the atmosphere and pedicures plus the loyalty program at Gloss. I usually get the Gloss Pedicure and it's always great but it had been a while since I went, and this last time it was disappointing. My technician dropped the hot stones and instead of getting me a new set, she rushed and finished quickly. She also didn't speak well enough English to understand my request. So if you go, you can just hope you get an experienced technician who doesn't rush.
JB did my pedicure and Jenny did my ombre dip. Both ladies were fantastic! I have been to multiple salons all over trying to find a spot that meets my expectations for dip nails, this is definitely it. All the staff were very friendly, lively environment, you can tell the staff don't absolutely hate being there. Worth the 40min drive!
