My wife and I had a wonderful experience today. David helped my wife choose the perfect frames and he also helped me with my glasses. David was extremely patient, kind and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back at Focal Point in the future. Thank you, David for all your help. Plus, they play great music there!
If you want and expect excellence in eye care, FocalPoint is where you need to go. Frame selection is fantastic and they also can use your existing frames to put in new lenses. This is important to me since I have multiple designer frames that I love! Additionally I have vision challenges and the staff knows great solutions in working with those issues. I can't say enough good things about this establishment.
Very nice facility and staff. It had been over 5 years since my last eye exam and prescription glasses. We're uninsured so I paid $260.00, $130.00 a piece for my dad and I. They were very nice and very thorough. They did all of the necessary tests using some of the latest equipment. They explained everything really well and answered any questions I had. I was also able to purchase our glasses there. They have a $89.00 rim rack if you're on a budget but the other rims are pricey starting at $200.00. My glasses came in in less than a week. My dad needed bifocals, (which cost more)so his glasses are taking a bit longer. For special orders expect to wait a week... read full review
