Family Medicine Group Plc is a primary care practice with wonderful, caring staff. Patients report feeling genuinely cared for, with thorough visits and short wait times. The Nurse Practitioners are described as amazing, the best, professional, and personable. They listen to medical issues, ask questions, and figure out what is going on. Many patients have been loyal for over two decades, continually recommending the practice for its quality health care.
I felt uncomfortable with the way Dr. Hyatt spoke with me and her voice tone. She did not want to test me for something my dietician told me to test me for, but I insisted. Another time I called after hours because I was in pain. She called me back 1.5 hour after I left the message and proceeded to tell me to take something over the counter when I’ve already tried that. I really need a doctor that’s empathic and willing to listen. I felt like I was a burden to her.
It’s been a really long time since I felt cared for at a drs office. They are thorough, ask a lot of questions. The front desk was nice. Been there a couple times the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. NP Green is absolutely amazing! And I am in the medical field. I’m a very hard stick and the MA got my blood first try! Best primary care!
Dr. Hyatt is the best! We have been patients 25+ years. The staff is wonderful too...Kathy, Gylnda, & Sharon. I'm sure I forgot someone...all great caring people. Thank you!
