I love this place! In the past I was going to another weight loss center but felt herded in and herded out but at Body For Life it feels like home. Especially when Wesli walks into the room it feels like family. She is very professional and knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job! I won’t go anywhere else!

I really enjoy going to body for life in Cordova. The facility is always clean , the staff is very friendly, especially Wesli…. She is the one that always takes care of me when I come to do my check ins for weight loss. She is very informative and very knowledgeable. I had hit a plateau and was actually gaining weight and felt very frustrated. She gave me a lot of helpful advice, suggested a few changes and now I’m down another 10 pounds.! I highly recommend this place because it’s always easy to get in and out of very quickly as well!
