Eye Specialty Group - Memphis Office is a great eye place for those seeking expert care. The facility is clean with a lot of high-tech equipment. The doctors are great, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. They pay close attention to patient well-being and explain everything clearly, calming nerves. Staff are professional, courteous, and caring. One patient noted that from the first interaction at the front desk to the intake staff and surgery scheduler, everyone helps relax nervous patients. Nothing bad can be said about the doctors. For cataract and LASIK surgeries, the process is simple with no discomfort. Five days after surgery, vision is clear and bright, described as like 4K HDTV. Eye Specialty Group performs state-of-the-art LASIK and cataract surgeries, world class glaucoma treatments, and exceptional general eye care. Patients have had and continue to have great experiences. Highly recommended for any type of eye conditions outside of a basic exam. Patients are super satisfied and would not go to any other place.
My most recent visit was a follow up. This was my first time seeing Dr. Mitchell and she was very nice and professional. I feel like I always receive the best care at Eye Specialty Group.
I had cataract surgery on both eyes and this facility is awesome. Personnel are great, everyone treats you like family and could 't ask for better treatment on and after the procedures.
