Timothy Tran, serviced our heater, and was very thorough. He took pictures of what he did, which I loved. I don't think other services techs has ever shown us pictures before. He was very nice and respectful.Tim is a good example of what you want a service tech should be. We would like to have him all the time to service our heating and air. Service Expert,you did well in hiring this young man.
