I recently used Empire Today for our new flooring, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked the appointment to the final consultation, everything went incredibly smoothly.
A special shout-out to our flooring salesman, Mr. Taylor Bodmer, who came out to our home. Taylor was truly amazing to work with! He was highly professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had a ton of questions about different materials and durability, and he took the time to answer every single one of them with total honesty and expertise. He made us feel completely confident in our choices without ever making us feel pressured.

We had a great experience with Empire. Our salesperson went above and beyond to help us with our request and needs. We had to move our date a couple times and the customer service staff was helpful and always friendly. The gentlemen who removed the carpet and installed the new one were easy to work with and professional.
Kris helped me with a new installation, for our home. Process was stress free, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Would h8ghly recommend Empire, and ask for Kris if possible!
