Marvin Dear with Edward Inspections provided an excellent, professional, and friendly home inspection service. We had some spots on the ceiling and wall that appeared to be from leaks, so we needed a diagnostic inspection of the areas with issues to determine the cause. Marvin quickly spotted issues with flashing on the roof that were exactly above the problem areas. Although our roof is only 8 years old, he explained what had been done incorrectly with the roof installation to cause the issues. and he gave advice on repairs needed, including specific materials required and the kind of roofing expertise to look for. We were very pleased.

My husband I bought a home yesterday for our family. Mr. Dear’s service has been key to it being safe and efficient to meet our family’s needs. He was professional, approachable, honest, and responsive. In our experience, there were nuanced details to our home that we would not have known needed attention were it not for Mr. Dear. Pricing is fairly reasonable and he also reinspected the home for our final walkthrough at a digestible fee.
