Just wanted to leave a review because I saw so many horrifying negative comments that I was scared to cooperate with DTS about my car which was towed by them after an accident. All I had to do was go to the office in person, sign paperwork to release authorization for my insurance to pick up my car from the lot, and then I was not charged any fee to access my car and retrieve my belongings from the car, which was at East St. My insurance will be charged for the tow fee, but I am not sure how much. Taking away one star because the lady I spoke to on the phone before business hours was very rude; I thought she pretended not to hear me the first time I called even though... read full review

Regarding the Millington location, if you don't know where you're going, you'll pass right by it. The poor communication about which location has your vehicle could use some work. The personnel at the in-town location were friendly and helpful during an already stressful situation.

my car got stolen and this was the only place that was helpful. MPD or the police impound place both couldn’t tell me anything about where my car really was. Tony and kale thank you for being amazing! Kale even took my number down to let me know when it was done being dropped off for processing so I didn’t have to wait at the nasty impound placeService: Car towing
