Super welcoming to out-of-towners, and a really diverse range of classes available at a reasonable one class drop in rate. Would definitely recommend if visiting (I assume locals already know how good it is!)
We booked a private yoga session for a bachelorette party and could not have had a better experience! From the quick response for booking to the actual session I was so pleased! Sydney was our instructor and she was sooo amazing! Her session was interactive and she helped us all personally with our levels of expertise! Will definitely be going back :)
Went to rooftop yoga with a cocktail hosted by this lovely owner couple while visiting Memphis. Just what the doctor ordered on all fronts. Beautiful 16th story river view, excellent yoga class and a tasty cocktail. Thanks for showing me this perspective on Memphis!
