I’m the previous times in the past, they had horrible customer service- but now they have improved soo much! Better service and better help - I shop here a lot now !! And I can usually find everything I need a few extras in the accessory department

The store is so upgraded I Love It‼️ I used to shop with Chic, but I live closer to another. The staff is so friendly and the store is very well stocked, gonna drive the extra mile to Chic??‼️

I love this store. It is always clean friendly staff even the owner is very friendly and active within the store. I have never had issues with any items hair, nor customer service here. They even have up to date clothing options to choose from. The point system for discounts is also a must have here at this store. I would not go anywhere else. ❤️
