A little on the pricy side on some items, but the quality is far superior of anything that you can buy in a big chain store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Their soap goes a long way. So I know this will sound contradicting but one bar of soap will last as long as 3 of dial, or dove etc. If you try the shower oil let me warn you a little goes a very very long way. So if you're tired of big name brand soaps and laundry detergents etc you can't go wrong. And I'm always a supporter of small businesses so keep up the good work buff city soap.

Incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I have always had a very pleasant shopping experience. And the soap, and laundry scents... oh my goodness! Amazing! Thank you for being absolutely awesome on every visit!

I typically shop the midtown location while out dining yet this is closer to my home. Parking is better here which is a plus. The store is visible from the lot as well. Upon entry you're greeted link in the other locations. We all love the aroma that hits you as you step in. I always look at all thr options to see what's new. Tuesday is their weekly 4 for $20 sale which I think is great. I love the Memphis themed soap names. I have my favs but I always try and test out one new scent. I grabbed Tiger Lane as my new scent to try out. Checkout is always simple. I received a soap sample today in a new scent as well.
