I celebrated my 50th birthday at Bluff City Soap East Memphis location with a party of 9, and it was an amazing experience thanks to Payton! We made bath bombs, and Payton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was so kind, patient, engaging, and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything, gave our entire group a hands-on tutorial, and made sure everyone understood each step. He never rushed us and made the whole experience so much fun. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about making our celebration special. He even took pictures of my family and friends so we could capture the memories. Every single person in our group had a wonderful time! Payton is the definition of outstanding customer service. He’s the kind of employee every business dreams of having. Thank you for helping make my 50th birthday celebration so memorable. We can’t wait to come back! The products we amazing everything smelled delicious!
